From what I have heard, his case is still yet to go to trial. Some motions filed, denied, appeals still ongoing right now. I would expect some kind of a trial to start sometime early in the New Year. It's been almost a year since the original charges were filed. He still has his site, though numbers are way down from what I have heard. I have heard that his numbers are down to a few hundred from several thousand at his peak, though that is unverified.
