have GREAT news: Pissanti just mentioned how NEM went up 2 bucks on twice normal volume yesterday and today, and then added (with an air of finality and conviction): "but it won't last...as soon as we have certainty, the gold stocks will not assume any leadership role". could it be? could the rally be for real this time? Yesterday I heard Michelle crowing about how she was hearing that gold shorts at one of the major firms were covering and did not want to be short gold at all going into next year. Might have been Merrill? We'll be near a bottom when CNBC increases its gold coverage from 5 seconds a week to 5 hours a week.
