Hey, that is something y'all need to discuss with old Jimmy Madison. He set up this triumvirate of power separation.

Congress passes laws...if Pres doesn't like them, he can veto them. If Congress has the votes, they can override the veto. Balance.

If someone(citizen) whomever doesn't like the law, they go to court and court can rule whether the law is unconstitutional or interpret the law. That word again is Interpret(W doing lines in ninth grade and missed that part perhaps?). INTERPRET.

If the Citizenry is upset with the interpretation, they petition the Congress(legislature) to impeach the Court OR they amend the Constitution.

It is very fair, it is very balanced...that is how it works.

The only reason some refuse to accept the procedure is 'cause they disagreed with the Court's opinion.

That is what one might call bad sportsmanship.

Them's the rules and not one of you can possibly disprove them. There are numerous avenues through which people can appeal.

Stop whining, get off your butts, and demonstrate, file a petition, call your legislature/congressmen. But please stop whining.
