my guess is that

gore is done with it after the deadline
given from the supreme court,
win or lose.

bush will pursue it
at any length if he doesn't win,
on whatever legal grounds he can come up with.
but his legal cases have been very weak thus far,
and I expect the federal supreme court will throw it
out.
