I agree 100% that the potential for abuse of the sexual harassment laws is tremendous. That's why the law has the right to explore the history of both parties (and why it gets especially ugly as both sets of lawyers try to discredit the other side). But you can't lie during that legal process. First, that is a punishable offense in it's own right. Secondly, if you do, you simply help to weaken your own case. As the saying goes "oh, what a tangled web...". Clinton proves both points.

Like I said, I'm curious to see what types of lawsuits and "tell-all" books come out after he's gone.

p.s. I haven't checked the sexual harassment laws, but I'll bet that the "how well has the company (or state, or nation) performed under this person's leadership?" question isn't considered a relevant aspect of the case.
