OK, so what is correct?

We have seen courts give time deadlines with respect to labor strikes, with respect to implementation of a Fed/State law, with respect to requests/demands for information.

So, you are saying that they had no right to give a time constraint right now?

And tell me, if the US Supreme Court agrees with the FL court either by refusing to hear the case OR denying Bush's appeal, what then will you say...that the US Supreme Court is full of totalitarians and demonic liberals?

Face it, they have the right, they have demonstrated even far more reaching rights in the past and will continue to do so in the future.

Your refusal to admit to the most basic of facts is beyond belief.
