Mike, don't get me wrong..I hate AT&T...still think they will be able to float the note unless they wait too long...timing is everything and I agree Armstrong has done nothing well in that regard. Cheers!

Mike - Appreciate your cold-eyed assessments and wonder if what you think the impact of T (AWE) getting $9 billion from NTT? That is, how much of that would be needed for infrastructure changes and how much could go up to T for debt reduction, etc.? Any thoughts?
