Well Tim, I live here in Volusia county but I am originally from New York. We had a "bubble in" ballot. We actually had people put checks in the circles, people circling the circle(my favorite!) and one of the dumbest, vote for multiple candidates. I mean, this was just fill in the circle with a FAT magic marker!! The scanners read three points of the circle. Left, right and middle. You don't even have to fill in the total circle! What's funny now is that all those people who couldn't handle the task of punching a perforated square out of a flat piece of paper are now LEGAL EXPERTS!! WOW!! How about the latest ruling by that Palm Beach judge! He gave no guidance what so ever! That was his only duty and he PUNTED!!! I say to them: Go brush your tooth!! Sabre!
