Bob,

I concur. Not only is he an idiot, but he is an exceptionally lazy one as well.

Despite the hours and hours he spends reading Raging Bull, hoping to "catch" a long-term investor in some "misdeed", he hasn't stumbled across the dozens of posts that relay conversations with Robert Putnam in which Putnam clearly states that orders are being discussed in the mid-six digit to seven-digit range in juke box units.

And Fred made that same comment at the shareholder meeting. But our dim bulb here was too lazy to go to that meeting despite his proximity to the site.

Finally, the $14 to $20 per unit revenue numbers being quoted from Robert are clearly for the licensing case, not e.Digital manufacturing. In the latter case Robert confirms the projections used in some of my posts by stating that they will be "over $40". Keep in mind that the $14 to $20 per unit revenue number is essentially pure profit.

I created a market capitalization model for both cases (EDIG-manufacturing at $50 revenue/unit and for EDIG-licensing at $10/unit) in a Raging Bull message on August 25, 2000. The licensing case suggested an equilibrium market value of $38/share once the company had achieved revenues of $100 million.

Information from Robert Putnam.... 11/22/00

I had sent RP an email asking a few questions about revenues and our "imminent" OEM's. Here are some tidbits (in my own words):

Q: Is the "mid 6 figure, maybe 7 figures" for initial orders PER OEM or are they the total of potential OEM orders?

A: Those ranges apply to individual OEM's orders

Q: Does "multiple" in "multiple OEM's" mean more than 2?

A: Yes it does

Q: Revenue ranges for the MP2000?

A: $3-14...this will vary on size of order

Q: Revenue range for the Treo?

A: $14-20 assuming Hango does the manufacturing, which is most likely in most cases. For a smaller OEM's revenues or over $40 are possible, but the really large orders will not carry rates like that.

Q: Are all PC makers looking at Q1 delivery?

A: Yes they are

Q: Will these imminent announcements contain revenue projections?

A: If the announcement is a joint one, it may not. However to spell things out clearly is EDIG's goal, so they may follow such a joint announcement with one of their own, stating what the contract means to them financially if they can.

Todd, thanks for the valuable report!

JimC

Bob, how much EDIG have you sold?

Because if you haven't sold any, you haven't made a penny in it.

And I doubt you will let it go until you have lost every dime.

IF, of course, you are as you represent your, and simply an EDIG shareholder - not an a boiler-room broker, market-maker, paid tout, etc.
