Jock, let's first see if LSI starts taking the first steps towards becoming a three-bagger (from 27 to 80) over the next year and a half! I sure hope it does. There may be some downside still left though I do hope that we have hit the bottom and are basing out now...

Jock, I found it interesting to note the following stock transactions for Mr. Daane and Mr. Norby. During the time frame of November 1999 through April 2000, Norby sold or exercised a total of 746,700 shares of stock and netted proceeds of some $39.6 million and presently holds 30,958 shares. Daane, on the other hand, from February through June 2000, sold or exercised 340,000 shares for net proceeds of $16 million and presently holds 28,180 shares. Other than Wilf himself, these two guys were by far the most active and highly compensated executives at LSI. Perhaps there loss will be felt internally.
