Would you have them pass a law taking powers away from the Court? That's a lot of backtracking they're gonna have to do is it not? Not to mention amending the FL Constitution first.

Here is a simpler approach: Why not have the legislature impeach the whole court,in toto, and then have Jeb appoint some stooges that will be satisfactory to the legislature and of course you too.

Would those courts be doing any kind of interpretation? lol

BTW, the HOuse is not necessarily the end all to this. The US Supreme Court would resolve any disputes in the HOuse( or choose to throw the cases out).
