Well, maybe I have a slightly different angle on how things are looking. I have my clownish position, and although some of my stocks could be interpreted as "mania speculative" there are some good earners in there with fairly low p/e's.

I can tell you my clown portfolio is disappearing at an alarming rate. More then 50% since March and I consider myself lucky with a few judicious sells and buys. It's OK with me, as said, I can watch it go to zero. But how many others can? I think there is real damage.

Miners are picking up a few pennies, poots are looking real good. Have a little cash to buy some more too. My poot to call ratio is 4/1. Sounds about right.

Your choice of FNM looks good to me.
