No ballot that fails to meet the requirements of the law should be counted. Old folks, as I stated before, are more desireous of voting, more vigilent in making sure they know how to vote, and more determined to get the job done. Good God, man, what kind of idiots live in the metropolitan areas of Florida, that they are so totally incompetent and dependant on the govt to even figure out for them who they want to vote for? I think its been 20 years since we threw out a ballot in this county.
