You are right...it has to be applied. They hear a case; they review the precedents and the laws; they make a: call, judgement call, ruling, interpretation (take your pick); and then, they apply it.

You are losing credibility. You say: Greg, if you really are a trader, then you know that a system only works if it is properly applied. Not interpreted.......applied.

That's silly dissembling. The Wall Street system only works if it is properly gamed, anything else you or anyone else says is mere disingenuousness in the hope of scamming the game.
