Ish, if the circuit court judge forces Miami/Dade county to resume the recount but limits the recount to the 10,500 invalid ballots and if this recount gives Gore enough votes to win I will guarantee the Fla. state legislature will take it away from him. I heard on CNN today that most of those ballots are from African American precincts. It is bad enough to recount only selected Gore counties but then to recount only Gore precincts would be outright election theft
