Chicago Tribune NUKES Gore's thugs for cook'in case law for Supremes:

This is THE CRUSHER! When this breaks tomorrow, Gore is finished, roadkill, toast, GONE BABY GOOOONE!

Tonight on MSNBC Hardball, Chris Matthews interviewed a guy from the Chicago Tribune. 2 of their top reporters (their legal reporter and their top investigative reporter) took a little drive over to the Richard J. Daley Center and combed through the archives.

They located and carefully reviewed the Illinois State Supreme Court decision that was presented by the Gore team and used by the Florida Supreme Court as a key legal precedent for the basis of the courts opinion, issued 2 days ago.

This Illinois decision was heavily promoted by lead Gore attorney David Bois and his troops as their best legal argument for accepting dimpled chads as legal votes that must be counted. They not only pushed it hard with the 7 Dwarfs. but also touted it heavily in public statements to the media.

HOWEVER...the Trib reporters discovered those assertions are completely UNTRUE!

Dimpled chads were specifically REJECTED by the original trial judge and the Illinois Supreme Court UPHELD his decision!!!!

The Gore vermin are scrambling to cover their miserable butts on this shocking revelation. Obviously, some legal careers could go down the crapper over this little scam<g>.

The scapegoat is apparently going to be their source. The then Illinois state director of elections provided Bois with a signed affidavit that the decision of the Illinois Supreme Court was that dimpled chads had to be counted as legal votes.

And NOW....drum roll please. Here comes the WOPPER, LOL.
The Chicago dude says, "his memory failed him".

Well saw me off and call me shorty!! ROFLMAO raised to the nth power folks. This tops everything.

I can't wait to find a copy of the Tribune tomorrow and read the whole thing. Not sure whether it will be there or on their web site.

But the EMP from this Nuke is gonna shake the turf from coast to coast. I can't wait to see these goons get flushed.
