Legal Reform. Do the same thing that was done with Doctors. The equivalent of HMOs and Health Insurance Plans might be LMOs (Legal Mayhem Organizations<g>). Law firms offer special low fees to clients of major insurance companies who provide coverage to individuals to protect them from: 1. Being financially ruined paying legal defense fees to defend themselves against abusive lawsuits. 2. The need to knuckle under to the legal blackmail of being threatened with torts or other attempts at legalized extortion. I'll bet there would be a drastic drop in legal fees from a plan like that. Yes, I know K.B. not wise to hold my breath till it happens<g>. Just one of Iso's many brainstorms. Isopatch
