You are posting too much and in too much of an attacking manner
against other posters. Also, please
only post something once, to one thread. Many of your posts
yesterday were duplicated in more than
one thread. This is considered spamming.
I see, too, that you still claim I'm taking action against you
because I'm long the market. Not only am
I not permitted to deal with stocks that have threads on SI, and
have never suspended people for
having opinions contrary to my own (since you claim my opinion is
contrary to yours -- you don't
know my opinions), I certainly do not believe that the opinions
of a few or even many on SI will
move the market.
Those statements by you remind me of your 3-day suspension in
September that you said publicly
was a 7-day suspension. No factual basis.
Anyway, you can badmouth stocks or the market as a whole to just
about any extent you want.
But when you harass and attack people for their opinions, that
goes over the line and will not be
tolerated. And that the method of harassment now becomes sheer
posting volume doesn't make it
acceptable, as the Terms of Use points out.
Please refrain from any further harassment on this site.

clearly you are biased. he refers to posters as boneheads. thread
morons and worse...tells people they
are ignorant. He posts over and over and hypes the stocks he
holds.
I am considering doing an interview that was requested of me by
the wall street journal. They wanted
to discus my postings on SI with them. I declined the interview
but this latest suspension makes me
want to take up this issue with them. You can be sure that I will
be pointing out that these posters like
the phoenix post over and over all day hyping stocks like NT.
Making comments at about little
downside risk on stocks like LU at $50. Call for stocks like CSCO
to go to $100 this year. They call
bears a thread morons, boneheads and ignorant and get away with
it!
Please tell me for the record exactly which posts I was suspended
for this time?

on a regular basis. But I can't refer
to him as a bubble head.
Bonehead is okay to? How about telling people they are ignorant?

Don't you see the difference here?
"They" focus primarily on market-specific discussion and lash out
when attacked.
You focus too much on harassing and attacking those with whom you
disagree. Them personally; rather than
expressing your opinions without the personal attacks.
The rules here have nothing to do with what your opinions are.
They have everything to do with how you interact with
others on the site.
Please tell me for the record exactly which posts I was suspended
for this time?
In the past 2 months, you've been warned or had your posting
privileges suspended 7 times for continued harassment of
your fellow site members.
Your most recent suspension was, according to the admin notes,
for personal attacks on Ed Forrest in the CSCO
thread, including "No bragging today out of that bubble head!".
Due to changes in the system, I am not able to retrieve the
actual deleted post(s).
The bottom line is that you've been on a campaign of heavy
harassment of other members for at least the past two
months, to the detriment of the site and specific threads, and it
will end now, one way or another.

When people engage in inappropriate conduct, I do check to see if
they're being provoked. In too many instances, you
have been provoking them.
If you can't see that your conduct here has been inappropriate, I
am no longer going to try to salvage your account by
trying to make it any clearer. There's no potential ROI in it.

That is a matter between him and me. I won't discuss his account
with you and won't discuss your account with him.
My point was that you stated it as fact that he never has been
when you really don't know that to be a fact. Whether or
not it's true doesn't make it any more "correct" to assert is as
a fact when you really don't know.

I am just as aware of his posts as I am of yours. Once again,
don't assume something to be true only because you
don't know for certain that it's false or vice versa.
What action I take is between me and the person making the posts.
Provocation is a mitigating factor, but doesn't
necessarily excuse inappropriate posts completely.
