It's not so much about the problem. That's the difference. It is about responsibility. People who cannot speak the language come here, go to school, work hard, live in cramped quarters, and make something of themselves. If you want to give someone a pass by blaming their lives on someone else, you do them no good. But let's put some moratorium on the slavery scapegoat. And if you don't get the question, you don't need to call it dumb. What you meant was you disagree with the point of the question, I hope.
