Nice post Donny. Let me ask you a question. Does the internet and it's continued evolution concern you at all? Would you be just as happy if this thread or others never existed or went away? What about what Rande has been working non-stop on? Should he stop? Should I stop buying toys for my 5 year old son on ETYS or stop buying books on AMZN? Should YHOO become a subscprition service? Should they finally put PCLN out of business?
Should we follow the advice of a 20-something analyst from Lehman Brothers who probably hasn't had this much attention in her entire life?

Do some soul searching. Should we go forward or back? Should we as a people grow or should we close our doors and windows, proclaim to the world that we haven't any confidence in our country our corporations, and we give up? Should we say..." Don't even think about it, it will never work, or should we say...great idea!!! Let's figure out how we can make that work?"

The bottom line is it is up to you as INDIVIDUAL INVESTORS. This is your country not whoever the voters in Florida or an analyst tell you it is. I haven't sold 1 share of the American technology shares I own. I won't either. This is my country and I'll be damned if I will abandon it when the cowards and fair weather friends decide it's time to move on. I must say Donny, you have a penchant for kicking people when they are down. I remember similar similar remarks you wrote about AOL a year or so ago. Something to the effect that Netzero was going to put subscription based internet services out of business. Sound familiar?

Tom

Excellent job, Donny! It is like finally getting the range right on heaving a big boulder over the walls of the fortress.

This is just the beginning!!
