Here is what MSDW's Deahna said about PRI and BTB

PRI Automation (PRIA-$21-O) F4Q00 Results; Reiterate Outperform Jay Deahna/Steven Pelayo

PRIA reported pro forma F4Q00 EPS of $0.06 vs. our $0.01 estimate. Reported EPS, which includes restructuring charges relating to manufacturing issues, were ($0.96).
Manufacturing issues in Factory System are getting resolved. We believe PRIA is on schedule to resolve its manufacturing issues by F1Q01.

PRIA's book/bill for F4Q was 1.54. Mgmt expects bookings to increase Q/Q for the next 2 quarters.

We reiterate our Outperform rating and 12-month price target of $50. PRIA will likely be in a trading range as IC demand weakens over the next several quarters. But we expect PRIA to outperform the market, long-term, based on the growing number of 300mm fabs.

Semiconductor Capital Equipment: Oct Book/Bill Released Jay Deahna/Steven Pelayo

The Oct book/bill was 1.17, flat from the revised Sept book/bill of 1.17, and higher than our forecasted 1.09-1.13 range.

Front-end strong, back-end weak: The front-end book/bill was 1.29 in Oct and the back end was 0.81.

We believe the total semi equipment book/bill will trend toward parity. According to guidance from Applied (AMAT-$42-O), we expect their bookings to flatten and decrease. We believe this decrease will result in total semiconductor book/bill to trend toward parity in the next 1-2 qrtrs.
