Yup, it's on CNN. Gore is taking that decision back to the FL Supremes. Like I posted earlier. -vbg- Supremes will be forced to rule on their own ruling. I don't expect they will do it till after the deadline is passed. Trumping themselves, so to speak.

This thing ain't over by a long shot. Monday Night Football will be having half time reports through the end of the season!

Charley, let me see if I understand this one. You mean to tell me that Al Gore has sued other Democrats on the Dade canvassing board in order to force them to re-count votes they saw no reason to re-count??

How utterly pathetic! What's next, Al Gore sicks his lawyers on his good buddy Larry Flynt, in order to force him to get more aggressive investigating electoral voters?
