"Hmmmm.. $10,000,000 is exceeded by 50% in this scenario"

But JimC is looking to $100M revenues for his $38 valuation.

We get $3.80 at $10M. So, $5.70 at $15M.

How many people got conned into buying EDIG by posts on this board, well north of $5.70?

By applying JimC's valuation model, and your revenue projections, they just MIGHT be able to see $5.70 - IF this all comes to pass.

Now, if you'd been holding EDIG when it hit $24, and you felt that it would reach $38 if they reached $100M in revenues, why on earth would you hold onto it for many additional years - just to get that extra 58%?

Stock MIGHT be worth $38, IF the company reaches $100M in revenues, but it's trading at $24 today with essentially NO revenues.

No-brainer. Sell.

No brains? Hold.
