OK. He did at least very strongly imply that all black mothers who have illegitimate children are also crack users. I find that a stretch. Maybe I'm naive. I've got to think about "the high level of out of wedlock births in this country are first and foremost the result of liberal feel goodism related to personal responsibility or the lack thereof." Not that I really disagree; just that it is probably somewhat more complicated. The stigma that used to be attached to pre-marital sex is not even vapor now.
