Yes, I though Judge Burton laid out a very sensible approach on how they have and will count these "dimpled chads". I was happy that the judge upheld their way of doing things. I was surprised that the Gore camp, and some of the news service's saw the ruling as a victory for Gore. I saw the ruling as upholding the Status Quo in Palm Beach, which I am sure is not what Gore was suing over. I hope Broward will adopt the same standards as Palm beach.

What do you think the SC will do when Gore gets his next shot re: Dade stopped recount being confirmed by the appeals court this evening?

I guess that we will just keep changing the rules until our person wins, eh? That is what I truly find irritating about all of this.
