Michael, it's finally coming to an end. I'll never forget your post that night, when we all thought it was in the bag. You kept watching the vote spread get closer and closer as the remaining 1% were yet to be counted during the 3 o'clock hour. My ol my, how it seems like 6 months ago already. Hard to believe that we stayed up and knew well in advance what was transpiring, even before the networks, and you my friend, called it. It's a shame that politics played such a vital role in this. If it weren't for Lawton Chiles electing the justices, this process would have never taken so long. Isn't it ironic that Katherine Harris received a standing ovation in front of Democratic Supreme Justices. Well they thought they had the last laugh, but instead of having turkey tomorrow, they will be eating crow! How sweet it is. KM
