Only a Democrat voter would whine and want to change this simple voting process after the fact in order to win.

I think it's wonderful we should usher in the "Responsiblity era" by holding the voter accountable. I mean C'mon Democrats, how really tough is it to punch a ballot? No, not dimple it, not scratch it, not breath on it, but simply to punch a hole in a piece of paper? Jeez!
