I realize the Illinois case was cited in the Fl. Supreme Court decision and in Gore's briefs. Nothing was said about the declaration, or dimples -- perforated or not -- in any of these documents. I guess that all I am trying to say is that there is nothing in the Supreme Court opinion to suggest that anything in it depended in any way on the testimony of this Illinois lawyer. It may be an interesting fact, but as far as the Supreme Court opinion goes, an irrelevant one.
