If you had followed Bob's advice of putting, say up to 50% of your existing cash reserves into the QQQ at $83, or even $78, then would your portfolio still be positive?

I don't think you can say "Following Bob's advice...I'm still ahead" because you didn't follow bob's advice. You only followed to a certain extent, because I verified with you when I saw bb's extremely aggessive qqq recommendation and you basically said, "no way". Therefore, you did not follow his advice, rather your own.

Bob should be evaluated for what HIS advice actually was and is. Up to 50 percent into QQQ came out at $83 - People that actually followed the advice, at least for now, might no longer be so eager to follow their fearless leader w/out thinking on their own, as you apparently did.

regards.
