Everyone's in the same boat, Annette. Actually, the military ballot point is moot because no soldier or sailor knows if his or her presidential ballot was hand-stamped by that unit's version of Radar O'Reilly ... or if it wasn't. Bottom line: Every soldier or sailor who sent in a presidential ballot has an 80 percent chance that his or her ballot will be counted. Those are better odds than the Holocaust survivors and World War II vets are getting in Palm Beach.
