Yeau, they tried playing that card in Tallahassee, where FAMU(local black university near Fla State) came out in droves to protest they never had proper means of getting to the poles to vote. Uhhhhhhhhh, absentee ballots were created for that purpose. Again, laws were not created to reward ignorance. NEXT!!
