So you are saying that, because of their special circumstances, servicemen should be treated as a privileged class amongst voters? If they did not sign the ballot correctly, should we give them a break? (Okay, maybe I can buy that). If they failed to register before voting? (Got a problem with that one). How about the ones who voted more than once? Where should we draw the line?

OTOH, civilian voters who failed to punch through their ballot, for whatever reason, have no rights to have their ballots evaluated to see if their intentions can be honored? Would this be all civilian voters, or only the Bingo playing ones?

I agree that our servicemen are being used as one of the many pawns in this whole struggle. Where we differ is that I believe that they are being used that way by both sides.
