Cummings: The Florida Supreme Court has ruled that the "intent of the voter" is paramount. Too bad the U.S. military doesn't share this view, or they would instruct their postal yeomen to, uh, be on the lookout for presidential ballots "and make sure they are stamped with a date." We can put a man on the moon but we can't figure out how to stamp a presidential ballot. And this is the same military that is telling Bush we need to spend $400 billion on a Star Wars nuclear missile defense system.
