I remember being pretty upset when you made your prediction in September. Not because I thought you were wrong, but because I know you're usually right.

Zeev:

This new SNDK patent, posted by Binx, is a continuation of a 1989, 1992, and 1993 application. If you can, would you speculate on the value of the patent and whether it might have some bearing on the manner in which the LEXR case was settled. For example, when RMBS was granted their SDRAM patent last year, it was a continuation of a 1990 application and ended up being a blockbuster. Can you determine the relative importance of this patent?

Thanks,
Prophet
