I am one who believes every company deserves the union it gets. Treat people with respect, pay them a good wage, give them decent benefits ... 98% of your workers will work their tail off for you. However, if you treat them with disrespect, try to squeeze the worker in order to make the bottom line work ... then don't be surprised when someone tries to organize your shop. Too often companies blame unions when they ought to be blaming dumb management.
