Re: "I predict we will have a big upsurge if Bush is elected as President." Frank: Another possibility is that the market is tanking BECAUSE it realizes Bush probably will be elected president. Did you think of that possibility? Jeez, I hope you're right about your prediction, because I don't want to go to the poor house. It also looks to me like the market is greatly concerned that whoever replaces Clinton as the economic commander in chief will pale by comparison. I think the bottom line is that Clinton deserves a lot more credit than the Repubs would have us believe for the boom economy of the '90s.
