I'd certainly be interested in your analysis of the resignation of Robert Evans, the COO of ITWO.

Analysis?

I know the same as everybody else from the press release that was issued.

• He served as Aspect's president and COO from April 1999 until the merger with i2.

• Evans was named COO after the company's merger with Aspect Development in June 2000, with principal responsibility for assisting the reorganization of the combined companies.

• "He was a key member of the i2-Aspect merger team and we appreciate his contributions to that initiative. We wish him all the best in his future endeavors."

I would have to check back in my notes, but I believe that it was identified from the beginning his role would be centered around the merger transition. Regardless, he's moved on to pursue personal interests according to the press release. Whether his transition work was completed to a satisfactory degree allowing him to move on or not, I have no idea. Mergers of that magnitude take time and energy. Likewise, each investor has to weigh such a management change as best they can. There seems to be quite a few lately: Cisco, Oracle, i2, Veritas, etc... .

Obviously, with the valuation correction taking place for the high growth technology stocks, the share price has come down along with everything else in the past 5 weeks. Plenty of analysts addressed the valuation concerns in October. At least management listened to the valuation concerns and filed to sell some of their shares at price points in October. They all still have plenty of shares.
