CNBC talking about energy sector right now. Simmons was on spreading the gloom and doom. Say rolling blackouts and brownouts will be the norn later this winter.

What goes on in the oil biz and on W.S. are VERY different:

Trust an old broker and a guy that's made his living from the market for many years.

W.S. does not look only at fundamentals. If you ignore that, your portfolio will periodically suffer from some real big attitude adjustments.

But hey, if you just buy and hold LT? You'll be fine, because the LT fundamentals ARE great and WILL reassert themselves after we have a major correction in the patch next year. So if you have a good day job and don't invest for a living, you're "10 feet tall and bulletproof"<g>.

However, that's not true of everybody here, Big.

Having said all that I'm still looking for a real good rally before the bigger patch correction starts.
