Apparently the "buy and hold" part did not fit in your story. I don't blame you if you read his posts you'll find he says all kinds of nonsense as follows (from the same post), once in awhile even a blind hog finds an acorn.

Then you will regret how wealthy you could have been. Wealth always makes a fool out of you and the fools are so proud of themselves for having cast their pearls before swine to get the loot.

The brute force investor should have listened. He did listen but heard too much bs. Note the stock went from the high 50's to peak at $99 after he made his announcement of a top.

I have no doubt that the brute force investor will be proven correct in time. <g>
