In case anybody missed this, this could mean a BIG (albeit temporary) RALLY monday? from Briefing.com: Election Update : "Gore camp said they will fight the Florida Supreme Court's Thanksgiving Day refusal to force Miami-Dade County election officials to finish a manual vote recount by Sunday. Raises odds of continued legal wrangles beyond Sunday deadline." To me this means that Bush will be certified the winner Sunday night and there is no way Gore should be able to successfully fight it. If Dade doesn't want to recount, they can't be forced into it, especially if the Supreme court has already said that. It's the counties decision to recount or not in the first place. Maybe we should buy PFE and some others now, huh?
