PB county has not yet counted "disputed" ballots. However, there appears to be now a new standard to count them. If there is a dimple in the presidential chad, they count it only if there is a reasonable number of other dimples in the ballot. The assumption here is that the voter does not have the strength or knowledge to punch through the chad. This new standard eliminates lots of Gore votes and if generally adopted for counting disputed ballots, it makes a Bush victory certain.
