Ish, Let me get this straight. On Thanksgiving day, you had slaved over a turkey for 4 hours, it was 3 in the afternoon, and you were only on your SECOND drink???????? Take it from an old pro, you have the formula backwards. You should first marinate the inside of the cook with alcohol, and then you won't give a damn when the turkey gets done. Besides, dogs like raw meat anyway.
