Thank you brother, and good luck. We will win for one simple reason. Most of the companies that have them cannot compete, unless they do this win-win partner thing mentioned by others. I have not seen this yet, but am still hopeful. Still I would be against it. HAGO TH

SF, We own a small non-union business. At our one location we serve a large group of union employees. This company's stock would be considered a "core" no lose type holding in many portfolio's. Oh, but the stories these union workers brag about. Stories where surely not even 3 screws were put in place during an 8 hour shift. The guy that used to do our snow plowing brags about the years that he worked 3rd shift, went in, punched in and left to do his snow plowing or handle a car towing call. He is now retired and collecting a nice retirement pay. The current union steward, is constantly trying to work a deal on the services we provide. I am sure his fellow union supporters think that he is out there going to bat for them. The truth be known, the only deals he really cares about are the ones that would benefit HIM and him alone. That part is surely not hear say or rumor as his self serving schemes are presented directly to us. The only benefit he offers us, for his <wanna be> deals, is that he will recommend us to his fellow union member. He is doing nothing for them. I am glad that our company has the courage to stand up to this guy. The offers we make to him are ones that we offer across the board to the other union members. I am glad that our companies integrity is more valuable than caving into the schemes of this man. I believe that unions had their day....
