Common fricken sense. Tell it to the 1500 military personnel who have not be shown the smallest shred of decency to have their vote count.

The court has shown its willingness to subvert the election for partisan political reasons.

If you're fool enough to believe the events transpiring our fair and or just. Have at it. But I recommend you stick your head out of that Ostrich hole every once in a while to breath.

You got one thing right, the courts have "taken over". Fortunately with our system of checks and balances, this usurpation of the legislative and executive branch will not be tolerated. Should Gore succeed in stealing the number of votes he requires, all eyes should focus on the Florida legislature, for that is where the war shall be won.
