Florida legislature will not get involved......."The U.S. Constitution makes quite clear that the State
Legislature is to determine the manner of choosing the electors,
but that doesn't mean a Legislature can just toss aside the result
of an election. An attempt by the State Legislature to act like a
court, whether clothed in the garb of legislation or not, would
be rejected by federal and state courts at this point.

"The very essence of judicial power is to interpret the laws to
make them consistent with one another, and ultimately
consistent with state constitutional principles" like not
disenfranchising voters."

Read the Texas law. The whole thing. You may be surprised. In any event, we ain't in Texas anymore, Dorothy. We be in FLA and there ain't even a hint of a standard re calling a dent a vote.
