That is a difference between the average item being $25 compared to $20.

Not quite, projecting from previous quarters we see that Amazon must have sold $180-200 million dollars of merchandise during October. So 40 million items on the DOM at $20 each, plus October sales still give us a billion dollars in revenue.

If we assume $25 per order, Amazon only needs 32 million items. My guess is (and it is just that, a guess) that the per item revenue will be closer to $25 than to $20.
