It may not contract much more until the announcement, but being an sdli holder has been much better than being in jdsu the last two weeks. I converted all my JDSU to SDLI on Nov. 3 and it's probably the only good move I've made all year. Still, it would have been a better move to have parked the money in a cash account. Anybody want to venture a guess as to what will happen to both stocks when the merger approval is announced? Seems like in this market anyone announcing good news gets hammered. I hope we don't get the effect that results when stocks announce good earnings, that is, there is no more good news to keep holding the stock on. Joe
