No they could not sign the punchcard. That would totally remove anonymity from the voting process.

Re the "yes" punch, what if that were only a two-dimple punch? Would it count?

I've voted with punchcards, voting booth, and OCR fill-in sheets. I think the voting booth seems the most reliable.

Fla Supreme Court has refused to hear petition from Gore Campaign to force Dade County to finish their hand recount.

Gore campaign is now saying that, Monday morning, they will contest the election with the Fla Supreme Court, assuming Bush remains ahead and Harris certifies the election by then.
