Re: We Don't Need No Stinkin' Lectures about Truth!

It's not true. Therefore, it's irresponsible. There's just as much wacko talk on the left about rioting/insurrections etc. if Bush is sworn in. This type of stuff feeds sick minds, and causes tragedies.

1. The petit revolt that took place on the 19th floor of the government building in Miami-Dade is fact. Republicans finally acted like scruffy left-wing loonies! The canvassing board promptly transformed into Chairman Mao's "paper tigers." <LOL>

2. We've had to endure "No Justice, No Peace" tirades from the left for years. It's precisely what the Reverend Jackson was dispatch to foment last week. Do not confuse the shopworn tactics of socialist intimidation with the genuine anger building in most Americans to the right of Susan Sarandon.

3. Do NOT hector us about irresponsible journalism. Just don't...

not when Mark Shields is scurrying to every propaganda outlet of the hive and spewing Orwellian deconstruction of Republican motivations...

not when Paul Begala is playing Dr. Goebbels in tarring every Bush voter with the "racist, homophobe murderer" brush...

not when the Washington Post sees fit to publish a screed by their fashion correspondent that claims that Secretary of State Harris' make-up techniques disqualify her from performing her legal obligations...

and not as long as reptilian Gorebots spread verbal mustard gas, always followed, of course, by pious demands to "tone down the rhetoric."

How presumptuous of you, chalu2, to arrogate the right to judge how angry we feel about this legalistic charade! Trust us, WE'RE ANGRY!

P.

Perhaps the one thing you got right here is "too much wacko talk" - on both sides. One thing everyone should keep in mind is that one of these guys is going to win. And half the population is going to be unhappy.

Is preventing 4 more more years of Clinton/Gore worth revolution? My answer has to be NO! If it comes to it, let Gore take the oath and serve his 4 years. He'll be gone after that.

And we'll still have a democracy.
