Madge has been in deteriorating financial situation for years. Stock price in uptrend in the period from end of 1999 and spring 2000 rescued company one more time; Madge sold shares at $12. Later it sold convertibles again. It seems that internet hyping period is over; investors now look into company's revenue, earnings, products or potential products. Wish Madge would survive. I lightened up some for tax purpose. It's sad story for holding MADGF for so many years. Best in holiday season,
